Please note: All delivery timeframes are strictly estimates. Asteria is not responsible or liable for any shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:
Once your order is shipped, Asteria assumes no liability for the package in transit.

Damaged Goods: We are not responsible for any items that arrive damaged due to carrier mishandling.

Lost/Stolen Items: We are not liable for lost packages, or packages marked as "Delivered" that are missing.

Any claims for damage, loss, or delay must be filed by the customer directly with the shipping carrier. We do not issue refunds or send replacements for these issues.
Customs & Address Errors:

Duties and Taxes: Customers are entirely responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.

Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for failed deliveries or lost items due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
Separate Shipments:
If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking information for each package.
